Other features such as walk-in closets, individually controlled central air conditioning and heating, full size washer and dryers in each apartment, and garages add to the apartment's appeal. Located in Arlington, our two story apartment community features controlled access, elevator, open balconies and an individual storage room for each resident. The large community room with a full size kitchen allows you to gather with friends and family with ease. Meeting for coffee, watching the Twins on our large screen TV, or playing cards with friends are just a few of the activities in this community! Our Trimont Sr. apartment community offers controlled access, free on-site laundry room, outdoor patio and ample off-street parking. Emergency pull cords and an on-site caretaker add to the comforts of living independently. Why not sit in our quiet reading nook or meet friends in our community room?
