Senior Living Plus - independent living with a touch of care

All rents include heat, water and sewer, garbage, washer and dryer in apartment (except for Madelia Sr. and Trimont Sr. which have laundry rooms), lawn care, snow removal and 24 hour maintenance (after 5:00 emergency only and weekends).
