AmberField Place - About Us

AmberField Place Apartments were built between 1994 and 1995 in six counties and 13 different Southern Minnesota towns. The idea was to bring market-rate housing to small towns that were not just affordable, but also comfortable. The towns include: Arlington, Courtland, Gaylord, Gibbon, Henderson, Lafayette, Madelia, St. Clair, St. James, Sherburn, Trimont and Winthrop. They are located in the following counties of Blue Earth, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan.

AmberField has 300 apartments, which include multi-family and senior living.  They are very spacious and include washer and dryers in every unit. All the cottage style apartments have a three season screened porch.  Detached garages are on each site except the Madelia Senior Plus and Trimont Senior locations. AmberField is well maintained with a full office staff and maintence staff.
